Why is your business name North/South? 

Andrew first came up with North/South as the name for our shared Spotify playlist (aww). He’s from Canada in the north, Jennaya’s from Australia in the south—and the name just clicked.

It’s a little nod to where we’re from, and a sweet tribute to how our worlds collided. 💘

Can I collect locally?

Absolutely! Simply choose "Pick up in store" at checkout. After confirming your order, you'll receive an email to select a pickup time, available on Monday-Saturday. Need a different day? Just reach out! All pickups are from Chisholm, ACT.

If the southside is too ‘south’ for you, you can also pick up a select range of our items from one of our awesome stockists.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is FREE Australia-wide! The only exception is B-stock, which ships for just $5.

Do you ship Australia-wide?

Absolutely! No matter where you are in this big, beautiful country, we’ll get the goods to your doorstep – and we ship for free. 🎉

What is your exchange/return policy? 

We hope you love your goodies—but if something’s gone a bit pear-shaped, we’ve got your back.

🤷‍♀️ Changed your mind?

Hey, it happens. If your item’s still in brand new condition (think: unused, tags on, still looking schmick) and it’s within 14 days, we’re happy to swap it or give you a refund.

😬 Item arrived looking a bit worse for wear?

Yikes! If something rocked up damaged or faulty, let us know pronto. We’ll fix it up with a replacement or refund. Your choice!

📦 Return postage?

If it’s just a case of “oops, not my vibe,” you’ll need to cover return shipping – or you can drop it back to us in Chisholm, ACT for free. But if it’s our bad, we’ll take care of it.

What are the care instructions for your mugs? 

Our mugs are microwave safe—because no one likes cold coffee. ☕

That said, we recommend hand washing to keep the text looking crisp, cute, and cheeky for the long haul. Treat them nice, and they’ll sass up your morning brew for years to come.
